Role Overview
UK Cultour & Education Ltd is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Commercial Manager to oversee the Company's commercial partnerships, cross-border business operations and project implementation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Company's existing commercial relationships with UK educational institutions, overseas education agencies and other strategic partners, ensuring that cooperation agreements are effectively implemented and commercial projects are delivered efficiently. The role also involves coordinating programme delivery, maintaining long-term partnerships, supporting commercial negotiations and identifying opportunities to strengthen existing collaborations and expand the Company's business operations.
The position requires excellent commercial awareness, relationship management and project coordination skills, together with the ability to oversee multiple commercial partnerships and cross-border projects in a dynamic international business environment.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain the Company's commercial relationships with UK educational institutions, overseas education agencies, commercial partners and service providers, ensuring effective long-term cooperation. Oversee the implementation of the Company's cooperation agreements and commercial arrangements, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and commercial objectives are achieved. Liaise with partner organisations regarding study abroad programmes, study tours, summer camps, cultural exchange programmes and other cross-border projects, ensuring their effective implementation and delivery. Monitor the performance of commercial partnerships and projects, identify opportunities to strengthen existing collaborations and ensure agreed actions are completed in a timely manner. Work closely with the Company's Director to oversee commercial operations, support strategic planning and improve business efficiency. Lead commercial discussions relating to cooperation agreements, contract renewals and partnership development, negotiating commercial terms where appropriate. Identify and manage commercial and contractual risks arising from existing partnerships, recommending appropriate solutions to safeguard the Company's commercial interests. Coordinate communications between educational institutions, overseas education agencies, accommodation providers and other service partners to support effective commercial cooperation. Prepare commercial reports, partnership performance analyses and business recommendations to support the Company's strategic planning and decision-making. Represent the Company at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions and partnership discussions to strengthen the Company's commercial presence and strategic relationships. Keep up to date with developments in the UK education sector and international education market to support the Company's continued commercial growth.
Who are we looking for:
- Educated to degree level or above, preferably in Business, Marketing, International Business, Management or a related field. Experience in commercial management, business development, client relationship management or strategic partnership management, preferably within the international services, education, project coordination or intermediary services sector. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners. Experience of managing commercial partnerships, implementing cooperation agreements and coordinating cross-border projects would be highly desirable. Familiarity with the Chinese market and cross-border business environment would be highly desirable. Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is essential. Self-motivated, well organised and able to manage multiple commercial projects, partnership communications and operational tasks simultaneously.

Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
