We are recruiting a Client Support professional, which places you at the centre of sports healthcare administration, managing medical schemes for cricket, rugby and elite athlete programs. From processing claims to resolving queries, you’ll ensure every interaction is handled with care and accuracy, because in this role, the details matter as much as the people. Your work will help keep athletes healthy and ready for the big moments.
- Administer and assess medical insurance claims for cricket, rugby and elite athletes programs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, providing clear and empathetic support to members and clubs.
- Process invoices accurately and resolve queries with healthcare providers.
- Validate membership details and pricing against scheme agreements.
- Maintain membership data and produce reports for sports organisations.
You will have a background in insurance and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. We also welcome candidates with transferable skills and the right attitude.
- Previous experience in insurance administration or claims handling.
- Previous experience in medical or medical insurance is an advantage but not essential, as we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and confidence with spreadsheets
