- Proven experience in groundworks within a residential construction environment
- Valid CSCS card is essential
- Full personal protective equipment (PPE) required
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations on site
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
