NIGHT MILK DELIVERY DRIVER
Location: Bourne End Industrial Estate, Hertfordshire
Hours: 3 nights per week, approximately 24–30 hours per week
Start Time: Approximately 8.00pm

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Night Milk Delivery Driver to join our team, delivering milk and other products to our customers.
The role is based from our distribution hub at Bourne End Industrial Estate, Hertfordshire, where you will collect and load products before completing your allocated delivery round.
This is a night-working, physically demanding role. You will work predominantly alone and outdoors in varying weather conditions, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and can be relied upon to provide an excellent service to our customers.
You will work 3 nights per week, starting at approximately 8.00pm. Once fully trained, the role will normally involve approximately 30 hours per week. Individual delivery rounds will vary, but a round will typically take less time to complete once fully trained.
Full training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- safely loading and unloading milk and other products;
- completing an allocated delivery round accurately and efficiently;
- ensuring products are delivered in accordance with individual customer instructions;
- handling products safely and appropriately;
- completing required paperwork and maintaining accurate delivery records;
- carrying out required vehicle safety checks and reporting defects promptly;
- taking reasonable care of the Company vehicle and equipment;
- complying with road traffic legislation and Company driving procedures;
- communicating appropriately with the depot and customers when required; and
- providing a reliable and professional service to our customers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- a full valid UK driving licence;
- to be comfortable driving and working alone at night;
- to be reliable, punctual and able to work with minimal supervision;
- the physical capability to undertake a demanding delivery role, including the regular handling of goods and loads of up to 25kg, with appropriate handling methods/equipment where required;
- good attention to detail and the ability to follow individual customer delivery instructions;
- the ability to communicate effectively in English and understand written and verbal work and safety instructions; and
- a responsible approach to driving and vehicle safety;
- Offers of employment will be subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and meeting the Company's motor insurance requirements.
Previous commercial or delivery driving experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
