Responsibilities

- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally.
- Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or crises swiftly and effectively.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and public relations to keep our organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Organise promotional events or campaigns that increase brand visibility and audience interaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.
- Ability to analyse data insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Organised with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: £41,700.00-£52,000.00 per year
