Duties

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and post-discharge instructions to promote recovery and well-being

- Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in patient status, responding swiftly to any emergencies or abnormal findings

Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing with relevant licensing authorities
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or hospital setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform accurate assessments and interventions
- Proficiency in medication administration with attention to detail and safety considerations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams

Pay: £25,420.00-£42,057.06 per year
