Duties
- Provide direct patient care by assessing needs, developing care plans, and implementing treatments with precision and compassion

- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and post-discharge instructions to promote recovery and well-being
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and support staff to coordinate optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor vital signs and observe for changes in patient status, responding swiftly to any emergencies or abnormal findings
- Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control standards, and healthcare regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing with relevant licensing authorities
- Proven experience in patient care within a clinical or hospital setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform accurate assessments and interventions
- Proficiency in medication administration with attention to detail and safety considerations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams

Pay: £25,420.00-£42,057.06 per year
