Job Summary
We are looking for a new team member to work as a Kitchen/Bar Assistant,. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of the kitchen working alongside the kitchen team as well as bar team, and bar areas by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring excellent service standards.
This position would ideally suit a cook or someone with previous kitchen experience
Must be over 18 years
Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring ingredients are ready and properly stored according to food safety guidelines
- Support bartenders by serving drinks efficiently and accurately, maintaining a friendly attitude with guests
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and bar areas, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, etc
- Help with setting up dining areas, restocking items, and closing procedures at the end of shifts
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- A positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Pay: From £12.85 per hour
