We're now looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Laundry Manager who wants more than simply managing the day-to-day operation. We're looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of our business and become an integral member of our leadership team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of our busy commercial laundry operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be visible on the production floor, leading by example, supporting your team and ensuring every customer receives the high standards of service they expect from Kinmark.
Working closely with our Operations Director and Business Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering operational excellence while helping to drive the next phase of our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop our operational team.
- Plan daily production, staffing and transport to ensure customer requirements are consistently achieved.
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality, productivity and customer service.
- Champion Health & Safety and ensure compliance across the operation.
- Identify and implement continuous improvements to systems, processes and performance.
- Resolve operational challenges quickly before they impact customers.
- Monitor operational performance and key performance indicators.
- Support recruitment, training and the ongoing development of our people.
- Foster a positive, professional and collaborative working environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems and making things happen.
You'll be confident making decisions, taking ownership and leading from the front.
You'll ideally have experience managing teams within a fast-paced operational environment and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service through operational excellence.
Commercial laundry experience would be advantageous, but it's certainly not essential.
