Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential, hotel, or commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with light cooking tasks as needed to support client comfort and hospitality standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness by organizing spaces and disposing of waste properly
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by responding to client requests and ensuring satisfaction
- Use janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Support with basic laundry and linen services when required
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and report any maintenance issues
Requirements
- Proven experience in janitorial work, commercial cleaning, or hotel housekeeping preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, respectful attitude
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods
- Basic cooking skills are a plus for supporting client needs in hospitality settings
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, safety procedures, and proper use of cleaning tools
- Prior experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable
