We have a wonderful opportunity for the right candidate to join our Haywards Heath office known locally as Colemans , as a paralegal or trainee (depending on qualifications) in our commercial property team. As such you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from highly regarded senior lawyers and be a valued part of this friendly, professional and dynamic firm that has 8 offices and over 100 staff in total.
This role is for a candidate that wants to specialise in property law. You will spend at least the first 18 months of your training period within the commercial property team and this role is therefore only suitable for those wishing to qualify as a solicitor via the SQE pathway.
The successful candidate will attend our trainee events that are designed to help develop the broader skills required to be a successful lawyer at the firm and complement the technical knowledge learnt day to day.
Excellent IT and communication skills are essential. The role requires you to be in the office on a full time basis 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday so it is essential that you live within easy commuting distance of Haywards Heath.
Candidates must have a law degree and either have taken the SQE exams or intend to study for them while working in this role. It is a wonderful opportunity for someone starting their legal journey to join a firm that helps people to develop and progress and provides excellent training and support.
