Role Overview

This position combines customer relationship management, event coordination, and community engagement to support long-term member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate membership programmes and renewals.
- Organize automotive heritage events and exhibitions.
- Develop member engagement initiatives.
- Build relationships with sponsors, clubs, and partner organizations.
- Monitor membership performance and satisfaction.
- Prepare programme reports and event documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality, or related discipline.
- Experience in membership services, event management, or customer engagement.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Interest in automotive heritage or classic vehicles is advantageous.
Pay: £56,000.00 per year
