About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our YO! Sushi Kiosk on a part-time seasonal basis. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in preparing fresh food, and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
As a Kiosk Team Member, you’ll prepare and replenish fresh sushi products, ensure excellent food presentation, maintain high food safety standards, and keep the kiosk clean and well-stocked. Customer payments are handled by Tesco colleagues, allowing you to focus on producing high-quality products and maintaining the kiosk.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare fresh sushi products following YO! Sushi recipes and quality standards.
- Replenish products throughout the day to ensure the kiosk remains fully stocked.
- Monitor product freshness and rotate stock using FIFO procedures.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Keep the kiosk clean, organised, and visually appealing.
- Assist with deliveries, stock checks, and inventory organisation.
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow all company policies and health and safety procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Previous experience in food preparation, hospitality, or retail is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours
- Part-time seasonal position.
