Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and efficient sales processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining customer records, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. Responsibilities
- Manage and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to ensure accurate and current data.
- Prepare and process sales documentation using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client enquiries via email or phone.
- Maintain organised filing systems for sales records, contracts, and correspondence.
- Support the sales team with administrative duties such as data entry, order processing, and invoice management using Sage or relevant software.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding client requirements and order fulfilment.
- Utilise IT skills to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to office software or hardware.
Experience
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Experience working with CRM software and Sage is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach to prioritising workload.
- Customer service experience is advantageous, along with good computer literacy and IT skills.

Pay: £38,500.00-£42,000.00 per year
