Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in managing administrative tasks and human resources functions. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organisation by ensuring smooth office operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining efficient workflows, supporting staff, and implementing office procedures to enhance productivity.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate daily office activities to ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee human resources functions. Creating monthly rotas , overseeing UAttend
- Prepare a weekly payment run.
- Handle all communication channels including phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Organise meetings, appointments, and company events whilst managing calendars effectively.
- Ensure the office remains organised, tidy, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Develop and implement office policies to improve workflow efficiency.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required.
- Liaise with the bookkeeper when necessary
- Upload prices and data onto the EPOS system.
