Full Time (30 hours minimum) Team Member Role
MUST DO WEEKENDS
The Role
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Preparing and plating pancakes according to established standards.
- Able to make pastries after training such as roll cakes, macarons, scones, cookies, etc.
- Respond to customer needs and say thank you to every customer.
- Follow health, safety, and welfare guidelines for all products.
- Follow store policy and procedures for operational flow at each station. Including standards for stocking, rotating, and storing products.
- Perform cleaning tasks and daily checklists, and maintain cleaning standards.
- Present oneself professionally and demonstrate clear communication skills.
- Contribute to store goals for increasing sales and improving profits.
- Follow inventory stocking and recording guidelines.
