The Hatch Camphill Community is a supported living provider where adults with learning disabilities and autism are supported to live fulfilling, independent lives within a beautiful community setting. We are looking for a caring and motivated individual to guide a team of dedicated support workers in a small supported living house.
About you
Team Leaders at The Hatch balance day-to-day support with leadership, ensuring our residents thrive in a safe, person-centred environment. You will ensure there are up to date care plans and risk assessments in place, demonstrating your knowledge of safeguarding, person-centred support and care planning. You will bring strong communication skills to organise, supervise and guide a small team of support workers. You will have good computer skills and the ability to work with care and medication management software.
