Exciting opportunity for experienced and confident waiter/waitress/bar tender to join our talented restaurant team.
The main responsibilities would include:
- Taking orders, serving excellent quality food and a wide range of wines, cocktails and other drinks in our restaurant and bar
- Working with the team on shift to create a friendly, buzzing atmosphere our guests will enjoy
- The highest standards of cleanliness, safety, compliance with licensing law and cash handling procedures
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Skills required:
- Attention to detail with impeccable customer service skills
- A confident, approachable and professional manor
- The ability to multi task and possess extremely good time management skills
- Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable
- Good knowledge of food and wine
Due to the nature of the business the role would include daytime, evening and weekend work, including working over Christmas and New Year.
