Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit reliable and hardworking Scaffolders and Scaffolding Labourers to join our team.
The Role
The successful candidate will assist in the erection, alteration, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on a variety of projects. You will work alongside experienced site teams to ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding in accordance with industry regulations and company procedures.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials.
- Assisting scaffolders with the assembly and dismantling of tube and fitting scaffolds.
- Carrying out general labouring duties on site.
- Ensuring scaffolding structures are safe, secure, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
- Conducting visual checks of scaffolding components before use.
- Working closely with site managers, contractors, and colleagues.
- Adhering to all company health, safety, and environmental policies.
RequirementsEssential
- Good work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work safely at height.
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Full UK Driving Licence
Preferred
- CISRS Labourer Card.
- CISRS Part 1, Part 2, or Advanced Scaffolder qualification.
- Previous scaffolding or construction experience.
- CSCS Card.
- Experience working on domestic, commercial, or housing projects.
