We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The Labourer will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
We are looking for persons who can work independently as well as with a team, who can use their initiative to be busy and seek jobs without having their hand held, and are able to work without a phone !! The right candidates need to be able to get themselves to and from work and not reliant on others! This is a very physically demanding role.
This role will initially be a temporary contract with the possibility of permanent for the right candidate.

Duties
- Assist in the removal of laser cut parts from metal sheet of varying thicknesses. Ensuring that quality and quantities are correct.
- Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and loading materials.
- Operate basic tools and equipment as required for specific tasks, once in house training has been supplied.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
Skills
- Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions and report issues effectively.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a construction or industrial setting is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to develop their skills.
