Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to care plans as needed
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical attention as required
- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse license (NMC Registration)
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent education
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
