Team Member – No. 3 Sandwich Shop
Part-Time | 3 Shifts per Week (Average 16+ Hours)
We’re looking for a friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic team member to join our busy team at No. 3 Sandwich Shop.
Opening Hours:Monday to Saturday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
This position is for 3 shifts per week on a rota basis, averaging 16+ hours per week.
Please only apply if you are fully flexible and available to work between our opening hours (7:00am–3:00pm, Monday to Saturday).
Your role will include:
- Preparing fresh sandwiches, salads and speciality coffees using our own coffee beans.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Operating the till and coffee machine.
- Taking customer orders in store, over the phone and via Just Eat.
- Washing up and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, following our cleaning rota.
- Working efficiently as part of a small, friendly team in a busy environment.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in a catering, café or food service environment.
- Is passionate about fresh food and great customer service.
- Takes pride in maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and works well as part of a team.
- Is confident, friendly and communicates well with both customers and colleagues.
- Has a positive attitude, is reliable and happy to take direction.
- Learns quickly and remains calm under pressure.
