Front of House / Barista – CRUMB Masham
Full-time & part-time positions available
We’re looking for brilliant Front of House / Barista team members to join us at our new CRUMB bakery in Masham, North Yorkshire.
CRUMB is an independent bakery and coffee shop, known for our pastries, sourdough, doughnuts and speciality coffee. Following our two Sheffield bakeries, we’re now opening our third site in Masham and are looking for a lovely team to help us get it off the ground.
The role
You’ll be working across all areas of front of house, including:
- Making and serving speciality coffee
- Serving customers and taking orders
- Setting up and maintaining our pastry and bakery displays
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and welcoming
- Learning about our products and helping customers choose
- Opening and closing the shop
- Working closely with the bakery and wider CRUMB team
We’re looking for people who are friendly, confident, reliable and genuinely enjoy looking after customers.
Previous barista or hospitality experience would be great, but it isn’t essential for the right person — we’re happy to provide training. More than anything, we’re looking for people with a good attitude who are keen to learn and become part of the team.
Hours
We have full-time and part-time positions available, including weekday and weekend work.
As a bakery, our days start early, so applicants will need to be comfortable with morning shifts.
Trial weekend
We’re holding paid trial shifts over the Bank Holiday weekend – Saturday 29th, Sunday 30th and Monday 31st August as we prepare to open the new shop.
