Multi-Trade Operative – Social Housing
Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas

We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join our growing team working across large social housing contracts in Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with long-term work available.
Responsibilities
- Carry out works on our Social Housing Refurbishment Contracts
- Complete a variety of trade tasks to a high standard, including:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Patch plastering
- Painting & decorating
- General maintenance
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards.
- Accurately complete job sheets and report any additional works required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trade Operative.
- Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance.
- Competent across a range of trades.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- CSCS Card - Skilled
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Own Transport
