Qualifications
- Air conditioning/HVAC/Chillers Maintenance 2 years minimum experience (Required)
- Driving Licence (Required)
- C&G F-Gas 2079-11 Level 2 (Preferred but not essential)
- CSCS/Skill Card (Preferred but not essential)
- Be able to pass DBS Enhanced (we work with varying degrees within building occupying young and vulnerable persons)

Job Description and Role
We are looking for a self-motivated, engineer to join our existing team who is able to carry out the periodic maintenance, service and fault checking if required, of varying equipment on existing installations, which include Air conditioning systems, Ventilation Systems, Chillers and Air Source Heat Pump.
Out of hours / weekend works available as and when required by the site.
The applicant must be hard working, polite, able to work under pressure, be organised in their approach to the tasks given as well as deliver the services to the client to the highest standards within the timeframe given. The applicant should be able to work both independently or as part of a team and work within the current Health and Safety practices and Legislation.
Knowledge and Experience
- F-Gas Qualified (not essential, but knowledge required)
- Knowledge of Air Conditioning System, Ventilation systems of a wide range, from a single fan to large AHU’s and Chillers, VRV/VRF System and split DX systems.
- Good communication skills
- Self motivated, delivering high standards and quality
- Flexible and adaptive
- Comply with all relevant H&S procedures and documentation
- Review Method and Risk Assessments for the works as necessary
- Complete Asset checklists and reports (training given)
- Support colleagues where necessary
- Commercial and client awareness

AT Services have a wide range of clients, some of which will require the candidate to pass a DBS and/or Police background check.
Plumbing and Gas experience not essential but would be a benefit.
