We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our friendly and fast-paced family business. This is a varied role combining kitchen production and food truck sales, offering a great opportunity to be part of an established company with over 20 years of experience.
About the Role
This is a varied and flexible position, with duties changing depending on business needs, kitchen workload, and holiday cover requirements. Some days may be focused on food preparation within the kitchen, while others may involve serving customers and delivering products on a designated food truck route.
Kitchen Responsibilities
- Preparing, making and filling sandwiches and baguettes
- Maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Food Truck Responsibilities
- Selling our fresh produce and confectionery to customers
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Following a scheduled route to meet customer requirements
- Stocking and cleaning the van daily
- Ensuring products are presented attractively and safely
What We're Looking For
- Catering experience or food preparation skills preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good driving skills and a clean UK driving licence
- Over 25 years old (for insurance purposes)
- Reliable with excellent timekeeping
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Hours
Monday to Friday
Kitchen duties will be scheduled between 3:00 a.m. and 9:00/10:00 a.m.
Driving duties will vary depending on the assigned route and will generally take place between 8:30 a.m. and 2:00/2:30 p.m.
Flexible working hours may apply depending on workload.
