The Installation Assurance Authority have operated for over 30 years. As a Group of companies we employ over 80 full time staff and have supported installers and homeowners since 1995. We provide a quality assurance framework giving homeowners and stakeholders the confidence that domestic retrofit work is carried out to the highest standards.

The Role
To administer and support the effective delivery of The IAA Installer Registration Card Scheme, ensuring registered individuals receive a verified digital record of their identity, qualifications and competence.
Be the first point of contact for Customers wanting to learn more about the benefits of joining the Installer Registration Scheme.
Support Homeowners with their queries regarding the scheme and registered individuals.
Provide Executive Assistant support to the Corporate Services Manager as required as part of a growing team.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Experience in an administrative or business support role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general digital tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
