Lewis's Ice Cream & Coffee Shop – Morecambe Promenade
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and hardworking Barista / Café Team Member to join our busy team at Lewis's Ice Cream & Coffee Shop.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be involved in all aspects of the café, helping us deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffees, teas and speciality drinks
- Making iced drinks, milkshakes, sundaes and desserts
- Serving customers and operating the till
- Running food and drinks to customers
- Clearing and cleaning tables
- Washing pots and keeping the kitchen and café clean and organised
- Replenishing stock and maintaining high presentation standards
- Delivering friendly, welcoming customer service at all times
Desirable Skills
Previous barista experience is essential.
Experience working in a kitchen environment would be an advantage, as there will be opportunities to train alongside our chefs, assisting with:
- Food preparation
- Plating dishes
- General kitchen support during busy service

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
