As Agricultural Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the planning and overseeing day-to-day operations, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality service delivery within a rural setting. This is a hands on role, working alongside several departments to drive agricultural operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be adaptable to change, logical in their work and have the ability to multitask. This role will incorporate monitoring and supervision of various teams throughout the day. This role requires strong leadership, practical knowledge, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining safety and sustainability standards.

We are now seeking an experienced and driven Agricultural Operations Supervisor to join our team and lead our daily operations.
Experience within Agriculture is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities across departments
- Manage staff, contractors, and seasonal workers
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate production and operational records
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Agricultural Operations Supervisor or similar leadership role
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing teams in a rural setting
- Ability to work flexibly during peak seasons
- Strong communication
- Proficiency in relevant computer based software and systems
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of production and yield targets.
- Labour productivity and workforce efficiency.
- Equipment utilisation and maintenance compliance.
- Safety performance and incident reduction.
- Compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
Working Conditions:
· Early mornings, evenings, weekends, and seasonal overtime may be required.
· Primarily outdoor work in various weather conditions.
