Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Offer personalised advice on hair care, styling options, and grooming products.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering techniques.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitised after each use.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable.
- Formal training or background in hair styling or barbering is preferred but not essential; training opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential for effective client interactions.
- Knowledge of current hair styling trends and techniques is advantageous.
- Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly, professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
