So we are looking for that special someone who has the potential to offer an extremely high level of customer service with a CARING NATURE and the ability to exceed customers’ expectations.
Experience preferred of course, however, reliability, excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, an eye for attention to detail and a passion to exceed our customers’ expectations are all essential for this post.
Our customers love efficient service and to see a great smile with a friendly face, so we are looking to bring that special someone into the team who can naturally continue to work with us through to the end of 2026 and beyond.
Working between 10 and 30 hours each week (to suit applicants' needs) the individual we are looking for will be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and ready to join a friendly front-of-house team working within our fast-paced environment.
As well as meeting and greeting customers, duties will include clearing up after customers, taking drink orders, carrying trays of drinks, taking food to tables, operating a hand-held electronic tablet and till, taking card payments and generally working efficiently alongside our busy kitchen team - all whilst maintaining a smile!
This role naturally includes clearing and cleaning up after customers, relaying tables, as well as serving drinks and food whilst effectively communicating efficiently within the team - so be prepared to get stuck in!
Experience is of course an asset for this post, but we are looking for someone who is extremely flexible to UNDERSTAND the role and willing to learn how to follow our own proven systems!
