We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Floor Staff to join our team immediately. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in the hospitality and food service industry. Duties
- Greeting and serving customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Ensuring food safety standards are maintained at all times
- Serving food and beverages to guests promptly and with attention to detail
- Clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness of the dining area
- Assisting with setting up and organising the dining space before service
- Managing multiple tables effectively while prioritising customer needs
- Handling cash transactions accurately and providing correct change
- Supporting team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service environments is preferred but not mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling payments and calculating bills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic setting
- Good communication skills to interact confidently with customers and colleagues
