Our newly transformed Global Technology Centre is the hub of innovation and technology for our high-profile client. The campus is in the heart of the Cheshire countryside, offering a blend of an ultra-modern working environment within a historically significant, manicured 65-acre estate.
We are looking for someone with a fantastic attitude, lots of energy, and a passion for delivering amazing customer service, with a keen eye for detail.
The Role
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members to ensure smooth operations
- Provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of work from both yourself and the team
- Assist in training new employees and conducting performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other shift supervisors to ensure seamless transitions between shifts
- Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, respect, and professional growth
About You
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive team performance through motivation and effective leadership techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A can-do, hands-on attitude to the role
- Organised, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to cover other supervisors if required
- Full UK driving licence, held for 12 months
