Overview
We are a small and friendly consultant team working under the brand of an up and coming conveyancing law firm. We are currently based in our own office in Ebbsfleet, Kent. We are looking for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer to join our close-knit team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer who is looking for a supportive environment, and to expand their experience and career having access to new technology.
Candidates should be confident in liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other law firms, as well as being used to managing their own files independently, while maintaining high standards of client care.
Requirements:
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Conveyancing Executive
- Experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach
