We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barber to join the team at Best Look Barbers in Headingley. The successful barber will be confident in delivering high-quality modern and classic men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims and styling, while providing excellent customer service. This is a self-employed position, with flexible working arrangements available. You can choose between chair rental or a 60/40 commission split (60% barber / 40% shop), depending on your experience, clientele and preferred way of working. We are also willing to offer a better deal for the right barber who has strong skills, experience and/or an established client base. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ barbering experience Confident with modern and classic cuts, fades and beard work Professional, reliable and friendly Good communication and customer service skills Able to work independently as a self-employed barber 3–6 days per week with flexible hours.
