The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to join our team in Ringwood. This role will be responsible for leading multiple projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and performance.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving project success, managing stakeholder relationships, and supporting business growth through effective project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with client requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide regular project updates and progress reports to senior leadership and clients
Financial & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient project delivery
- Monitor project expenditure and identify cost-saving opportunities
Risk & Compliance Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and governance records
Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams
- Provide guidance, support, and mentoring to project staff
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance project environment
Continuous Improvement
- Drive best practice project management methodologies and standards
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and efficiency
- Support organisational learning through project reviews and lessons learned initiatives
RequirementsExperience & Skills
- Proven experience in a senior project management role
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational, planning, and communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and multiple workstreams
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
Qualifications
- Degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field (preferred)
- PRINCE2, PMP, APMP, or equivalent project management qualification highly desirable

Pay: £80,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
