Experience with fresh food required, but full training given.

The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Chef de Partie or Commis Chef ready to take the next step to join our small, close-knit kitchen team. You’ll work directly alongside our Head Chef, supporting day-to-day service and contributing to a menu that’s fresh, seasonal, and consistently high quality.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a venue where their input matters, with real opportunities to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting senior Chefs with prep and service across brunch, lunch and evening service. Working independently and managing the kitchen in their absence
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness
- Supporting stock control and kitchen organisation
- Contributing ideas to menus, specials and themed events
- Playing a part in delivering event and themed night menus
- Working collaboratively as part of a small, hardworking team

Hours & Benefits
