Trainee Surveyor Contract Manager - TruBuild Group Ltd
Due to continuous growth, we are looking for a highly motivated individual with a can do attitude to join our growing team!
The role will compromise of the following duties;
-Shadowing of current contract managers and proving support
-Packaging and sending tenders, estimates and reports
-Assisting with the organising and planning of upcoming / ongoing projects
-Attending surveys / meeting with customers and clients
-Liaising with directly employed trades and subcontractors
-Navigating and updating client portals / software
-Attending pre-start meetings and completion meetings
-Reconciliation of completed works
-Closure of projects
-Travelling to and from on going projects wherever they may be
-Speaking with clients / customers over email / telephone
As a Trainee Surveyor Contract Manager the above items will be overseen by senior management offering training and support throughout the progression of the role.
Once we are satisfied that the applying candidate is proficiently completing their duties independently and without the need for support, we will then review your current package.
Our intentions are for the persons applying for this role to develop in to a experienced SCM with income that reflects.
Our requirements;
-Have an excellent understanding of IT
-Be able to communicate professionally at all times
-Have a basic understanding of the construction industry and basic knowledge of building practices.
-Full drivers licence
