Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive
Tiny Box Company | Full-time| Temp to Perm
Want a role where no two days are quite the same?
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Executive to join the Marketing team at Tiny Box Company.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career across digital marketing, ecommerce, content and online retail. You might already have experience in marketing, ecommerce, digital or website administration — or you could be coming from a strong office-based role and looking for your next step into a more commercial digital position.
What matters most to us is that you’re organised, curious, commercially minded and love getting stuck into things.
You’ll be joining a busy team where you’ll have the opportunity to work on real projects and see the impact of your work — from launching products and updating the website to supporting campaigns, email marketing, marketplaces, content and reporting.
What will you be doing?
Your days will be varied, but you'll be involved in things like:
Ecommerce & Website
- Updating and improving product information across our website.
- Supporting product launches, categories, merchandising, bundles and campaigns.
- Improving product pages with descriptions, images, FAQs and useful customer information.
- Helping make the website easier and more enjoyable for customers to browse and buy from.
- Testing website changes and checking customer journeys before and after launch.
Marketplaces
- Supporting product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Etsy, eBay and TikTok Shop.
- Keeping product information accurate, consistent and commercially up to date.
Marketing & Campaigns
- Pulling and updating daily marketing and ecommerce reporting.
- Supporting campaign planning and setup.
- Preparing products, links, assets and campaign information.
- Checking that everything is accurate before campaigns go live.
- Helping the team get campaigns launched on time.
Content & Email
- Uploading and formatting blogs and website content.
- Supporting email campaigns, flows, segments and product selections.
- Researching content and helping organise creative assets.
- Supporting PR activity and preparing initial opportunity pitches.
What we're looking for
You don't need to know everything on day one. We want someone who is keen to learn, comfortable with technology and enjoys figuring things out.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an office, marketing, ecommerce, digital or content-based role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good written communication skills.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confidence working with data, systems and structured tasks.
- The ability to take ownership once you've been given a brief.
- A genuine interest in digital marketing, ecommerce or online retail.
- The curiosity to learn new systems and find better ways of doing things.
- A team-focused attitude and willingness to get stuck in.
Experience with any of these would be a bonus
You don't need experience in all of these, but it would be great if you've used:
- Ecommerce or CMS platforms
- Email marketing platforms
- Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or pivot tables
- GA4 or other reporting tools
- Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, eBay or TikTok Shop
- Canva
- Magento or similar ecommerce platforms
- Monday.com or similar project management tools
Why join us?
This isn't a role where you'll be doing the same task every day.
You'll get exposure to how a real ecommerce business operates, from product data and website merchandising through to marketing campaigns, email, marketplaces, content, reporting and customer experience.
You'll also have the opportunity to develop your role around your strengths and interests. Over time, you could specialise further in ecommerce, website trading, email marketing, reporting, marketplaces, content or campaign management — or continue building a broad digital skillset.
We're looking for someone who wants to learn, contribute and grow with the business.
If you're organised, digitally curious, commercially minded and enjoy being the person who spots the detail that everyone else has missed, we'd love to hear from you.
