Engagement Mentor – What we’re looking for:

A genuine passion for working with children and helping them thrive

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning

Understanding of additional needs and how to support them
-
Recent experience working in a school or education setting (preferred)
-
A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar — or equivalent hands-on experience (preferred)
Engagement Mentor – Your Key Responsibilities:

Encouraging independence by helping pupils develop communication and self-management skills

Supporting learners by providing one-to-one or small group assistance
-
Build strong working relationships with teachers and other professionals to create a collaborative learning environment

Maintaining safeguarding and confidentiality, following school policies

This role is paid within the advertised pay scale. Your starting rate will be determined by your qualifications, relevant experience, and the requirements of the assignment.
