ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now looking for an experienced Car Valeting Team Leader to join our valeting team within our busy preparation centre. This is a hands-on role involving high-quality vehicle valeting while leading the day-to-day activities of the team. You will ensure vehicles meet our quality standards, allocate daily tasks, and support the smooth running of our operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Interior and exterior cleaning and detailing of vehicles to a high standard
- Use of appropriate tools, equipment, and environmentally friendly chemicals
- Preparing vehicles for sale and display on site
- Moving vehicles safely around the site when required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the work area
- Allocating daily tasks and supervising the valeting team
- Carrying out quality checks and reporting progress to the office
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail with high-quality finishing standards
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Basic smart repair knowledge (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated, well organised, and reliable
- Friendly and hardworking approach with an understanding of quality standards
- Good organisational, leadership, and communication skills
