We are looking for an enthusiastic & conscientious HGV Class 1 drivers for our clients' Carrington operation for the following shift patterns:
Shifts available;
Monday- Friday- NIGHTS
4 on 4 off - NIGHTS
Sunday - Thursday - NIGHTS
Overtime Available
Mon-Fri NIGHTS: £20.00 per hour
Sat NIGHTS: £23.00 per hour
Sun NIGHTS: £24.00 per hour
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A valid HGV Class 1 licence (minor points considered, no more than 6pts)
- At least 2 years Class 1 experience preferred
- A digital tachograph card and full CPC
- Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Good geographical knowledge
- Excellent customer service
- Driven Class 1 within the last 6 months
The Role:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Supermarket and general haulage deliveries
- Adhering to all Tachograph, Driver and Road Regulations
- Pre-start Vehicle safety checks and vehicle cleanliness
- Completion of all legal and customer relevant paperwork
