This is a key role within the business, helping coordinate our day-to-day surfacing operations and ensuring our gangs, plant, materials and transport are all in the right place at the right time.
The role will include:
- Coordinating daily and weekly works across our surfacing gangs
- Liaising with our Contracts Manager, supervisors and site teams
- Booking and coordinating asphalt/material deliveries
- Organising plant, low loaders and transport movements
- Liaising with customers and suppliers
- Keeping job schedules and programmes up to date
- Ensuring site teams have the correct information and paperwork
- Helping deal with changes to programmes and last-minute requirements
- Monitoring upcoming workloads and helping plan resources efficiently
- General operational support to keep projects running smoothly
What we’re looking for:
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both on the phone and via email
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities
- Good computer and administration skills
- Comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers and site operatives
- Experience within highways, surfacing, construction or logistics would be an advantage, but isn’t essential for the right person

Competitive salary – dependent on experience.
Pay: £25,420.00-£41,249.09 per year
