Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for various dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook food items efficiently and accurately, maintaining proper temperature and presentation
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Follow food safety protocols and sanitation procedures to uphold health regulations
- Support kitchen staff in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas
- Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or front-of-house staff as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high-quality service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar kitchen role within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
- Prior experience with meal preparation, serving, and maintaining cleanliness in a commercial kitchen is preferred
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 48.0 per week
