Overview
We are looking for an HR generalist to provide maternity cover for our HR manager (6 months with possible extension). This vital role empowers you to shape workplace culture, foster employee engagement, and ensure compliance with employment laws. As an energetic and proactive leader, you will oversee HR processes, develop innovative initiatives, and support management in recruiting and building a high-performing team dedictatd to the success of our customers
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee recruitment efforts by managing selectoion and interview process
- Supervise HR staff and coordinate training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent HR service delivery.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Help implement a new Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) like HiBob or Zelt) for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Lead implementation of a new performance management processes including appraisals, goal setting, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations through regular audits and policy updates in line with ISO processes
- participate in the day to day management of a dynamic international business
Skills
- Strong HR skills with proven ability to support management in supervising teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.
- Demonstrated experience in human resources functions including employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Maintain inclusive and caring approach to personnel management
- Exceptional presentation skills for delivering impactful reports and strategic proposals.
- Supervising experience that showcases leadership in managing HR projects and initiatives.

Pay: £34,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
