Job Role – Support Worker
We are looking for reliable and experienced support workers to work alongside a middle aged male autistic adult, requiring support to engage, promote independence, teach life skills, access the community, and develop social interests. Ideally, this role would suit an applicant with experience/training in the following: LD, Autism and epilepsy (however training will be provided). The applicant must exhibit a patient, caring disposition and be motivated to make a difference to this man's life.
Situated: Wilmslow
Shifts:
Monday to Friday : 14:30 - 23:00 (Sleep) 07:00 - 10:30
Saturday and Sunday : 09.00 - 23:00 (Sleep) 07:00 - 09.00
(You will be integrated into an established team, we can provide hours from 6-40+ hours per week, you will be required to work a minimum of two weekends a month)

Tordan Healthcare aim to recruit reliable, personable, experienced and talented Support Workers to join our ever growing team. Training is provided for our Complex Care roles however, we’re preferably seeking candidates with existing experience and/or training.
Tordan Healthcare Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years’ experience within the Health & Social Care sector
- Full clean driver's license
- NVQ Level 2 (Minimum or working towards obtaining)
- Experience of providing complex care (e.g. Autism, Tracheostomy etc.)
- Content on working alternate weekends
