# Business Development Representative

### About the Role
Fine & Clean is looking for a confident and professional Business Development Representative to help expand our commercial client base across London.
This is a varied role combining telephone outreach with face-to-face visits to local businesses, introducing our commercial cleaning services and arranging site walkthroughs with decision-makers.
The role is split between office-based calling and field-based prospecting, with one day dedicated to cold calling and one day dedicated to visiting commercial premises.
### Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound cold calls to commercial businesses.
* Visit local businesses, offices, retail stores, communal developments and other commercial premises to introduce Fine & Clean.
* Identify and speak with decision-makers responsible for cleaning services.
* Explain Fine & Clean's structured commercial cleaning approach and service model.
* Arrange complimentary site walkthroughs with qualified prospects.
* Build relationships with prospective clients and property managers.
* Follow up with leads via phone and email.
* Record all interactions accurately within the company CRM.
* Assist in growing Fine & Clean's commercial presence within target areas.
* Seek opportunities to have Fine & Clean added to approved contractor or supplier lists where appropriate.
* Represent the company professionally at all times.
### What We're Looking For
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable speaking to new people both over the phone and in person.
* Professional appearance and manner.
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
* Organised and able to manage follow-ups effectively.
* Previous sales, customer service or business development experience is beneficial but not essential.
* Full UK driving licence is advantageous but not required.

* Qualified decision-maker conversations.
* Site walkthroughs arranged.
* Businesses added to approved supplier lists.
* New commercial opportunities generated.
* Long-term client relationships developed.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
