About the Role
London College of Advanced Studies, a new and growing training provider, is seeking a qualified Health and Social Care Assessor to deliver and assess Level 2 and 3 qualifications. The role is offered on a flexible hourly basis, ideal for candidates looking to balance other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and assess Health and Social Care Level 2 & 3 courses.
Conduct workplace observations, assessments, and professional discussions.
Support learners through e-portfolio systems and provide regular feedback.
Liaise with employers to monitor learner progress.
Ensure compliance with awarding body and quality assurance standards
Requirements
- Assessor qualification
- Health and Social Care qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Occupational experience in health and social care.
- Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills.
