Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to provide essential administrative support within our legal team. Responsibilities
- Draft, proofread, and file legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible
- Schedule appointments, court dates, and meetings, coordinating effectively with clients and legal staff
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry
- Liaise with external agencies, courts, and other stakeholders as required
- Support the legal team with research and analysis tasks to facilitate case preparation
Experience
- Previous administrative experience within a legal or professional environment is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret legal documents and information accurately
- Proven customer service skills to maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy setting

Pay: £24,420.00-£39,912.14 per year
