Our client, a world-renowned company in its field, designs and manufactures high-end industrial equipment integrating cutting edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and vision systems.
To reinforce its existing team in the UK, the company is looking for a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to support and advise their customers.
This field-based and versatile position offers the opportunity to work on innovative solutions, collaborate with technical experts, and grow within a dynamic international environment.
Tasks
- Carry out the calibration, adjustment and configuration of machines: smart sensors, cameras, AI, vision systems, etc.
- Support customers and provide expert advice to optimize the performance of their equipment
- Supervise subcontractors during the installation of new machines including electrical cabling, network configuration, equipment integration and site acceptance testing
- Coordinate, organize and participate in the machine assembly on site
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on installations

- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Field Service Engineer (FSE), Service Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer or Maintenance Engineer would be highly valued
- Experience with industrial equipment, automation systems, robotics, machine vision, or customer-site commissioning would also be a strong advantage.
