We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Die Cutter Operator. As a Die Cutter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our die cutting machinery to produce high-quality finished products to customer specifications. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, mechanical ability, and the confidence to identify and resolve production issues.
Experience operating Industrial Die Cutting equipment, particularly KT, Cauhe or Rabolini machines, would be advantageous. You should have the ability to set up machines, understand job specifications, monitor quality throughout production, and make adjustments where required to ensure the highest standards are achieved.

Serious consideration will also be given to people with limited die cutting or production experience where there is evidence of a strong can-do attitude, reliability, excellent timekeeping, and a willingness and ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities:
· Operate die cutting machines to produce high-quality finished products according to job specifications
· Set up, adjust and run KT, Cauhe and Raolini die cutting equipment
· Monitor the die cutting process to ensure quality, accuracy and efficiency
· Identify, troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
· Perform routine checks and basic maintenance to keep machinery operating effectively
· Ensure tooling, materials and finished products meet required standards
· Work closely with team members to ensure jobs are completed on time
· Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area
Requirements:
· Previous experience as a Die Cutter Operator or in a similar production role preferred
· Experience operating KT, Cauhe or Raolini die cutting machines would be advantageous
· Strong mechanical knowledge and ability
· Good understanding of production processes and quality control
· Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks as required
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow job specifications accurately
· Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
· Excellent time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
